Seven years turning ambiguous problems into interfaces people can use without being taught. Currently building the system twelve product teams design against.
Design systems only work when the people using them do not have to think about them.
I started out doing brand work and kept drifting toward the parts nobody wanted to own — the empty states, the error copy, the eighth screen in a flow.
Most of what I do now is making decisions once so that other people do not have to make them twelve times.
