Terms of use

You need to be 18 or older. You are responsible for your account and for anything done with it, so keep your sign-in details to yourself.

What you upload stays yours. You give Rezumite permission to store it, process it — including sending it to the AI service described in the privacy policy — and show it on your site, only so far as that is needed to run the service for you. That permission ends when you delete it.

Only upload a resume and photos that are yours, or that you have permission to use. Don’t build a site for somebody else without their agreement.

Rezumite uses AI to read your resume and to write parts of your site, such as your headline and introduction. AI can get things wrong — it can misread a date, overstate something or leave something out. Check your site before you publish it, and fix anything that isn’t accurate; you can edit every word. You are responsible for what your published site says about you.

A published site is public: anyone with the link can see it, and search engines may list it. Your web address is yours to use while you have an account, but we may take back an address that impersonates someone, misleads people or is offensive.

• Publish anything unlawful, defamatory, hateful or sexually explicit.
• Pretend to be somebody else, or mislead people about who you are.
• Infringe somebody else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or use it to send spam or harmful code.
• Scrape the service or resell it without our agreement.

If a site breaks these rules, we may take it down or close the account. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Rezumite is free to use right now. It is a small, new product, and we may change it, add paid features, or stop offering parts of it. If we ever close it, we will give you notice so you can take your content with you.

We work hard to keep it running and your content safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that can’t be excluded. As far as the law allows, Rezumite is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect losses — such as a missed job opportunity — that come from using it or from it being unavailable.

You can delete your sites and your account whenever you like, from your dashboard and the account page. We may close accounts that break these terms.

If these terms change, the new version goes on this page with a new date. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
